How Do I Recover My Files?
The following gives a list of the basic process to download, install and recover deleted files.
Follow these simple steps to use the recover my files software.
1. Click Download
2. Save the file to your desktop.
3. Locate the downloaded file and open it (double click)
4. Click Run
Click Next to start the installation process
Accept the agreement
Select the destination location.
Install the software
Launch the software
A window will open that shows the available disc drives.
Select the drive where the files should be
Click next
Select the file types to search for
Start the search
The progress will be shown
When finished
You can select the folder where the file is
you then select the file to recover
Then click recover from the top menu.
(you will have to purchase the software to be able to recover files)
